Today we took Mary to visit standing with the giants at Waddesdon Manor.
Mary enjoyed her day having coffee, chatting and meeting the local residents and meeting and greeting dogs.
The images shown are a large-scale, life-sized silhouette installations from recycled materials to honor fallen servicemen and women and commemorate historical events.

🍦 A rainy day treat! 🍦☔️
The weather might have been wet outside, but it was all sunshine inside Lewin House today when the ice cream van rolled up! Nothing beats a proper ice cream cone with good company all our residents enjoyed getting together and enjoying there treat ....Thank you for brightening our afternoon xx

Today was International Opera day and here at Lewin House the residents enjoyed the beautiful voice of Emily Yarrow. Her pitch and vocals were absolutely brilliant. The residents enjoyed a flawless performance by Emily.

Today we had the pleasure of the Town Centre Players coming to perform for our residents. The residents and staff were enjoying the music singing and dancing away. Thank you Keith Pottinger and your team for organising a lovely event and creating a brilliant atmosphere to our home.

Today it was International Food Day so the staff got together and bought a dish in from their country. There was music and dancing from each country filled with joys and laughter and a full stomach. The residents enjoyed the activity which bought all the different cultures together.

Today we had holistic approach healing the body and the soul of our residents- paramedic Daniel finishing his weekly round by playing the piano for our residents to listen to. Thank you to Daniel it was lovely to hear .

Long Service Award

We are all delighted to congratulate Marilyn with the Long Service Award, Marilyn has worked with us at Lewin House for 15 years.

Marilyn's passion, love, care and dedication to her role has made a difference to the residents and staff and that amazing. smile says it all.

We were delighted to welcome our local MP to Lewin House for a special visit with our residents during the visit resident's had the opportunity to chat with our MP and learn more about her role and responsibilities and what she does. We would like to thank our MP for her visit.

Today we had the pleasure of a Visit from the Aylesbury MP Laura Kyrke-Smith. Laura enjoyed sitting and socialising with the residents and enjoying cake and drinks. Laura also enjoyed the question and answer session from the residents and also admired the hard working staff here at Lewin House.
