Thomley is a place for people of all abilities and disabilities. Our centre is in Worminghall, Bucks What do we offer? Who can visit? When can you come?

Our site is spacious and secure, with an excellent range of fully-accessible facilities. Each day our friendly and experienced staff run fun activities which cater to all abilities. We welcome disabled people of all ages from babies to adults, and their families, carers or friends. We support people at any stage of their diagnostic journey, whatever their additional needs. We offer regular days for disabled visitors and their families. We also offer focus days for Pre-school children, adults, schools, respite groups and the wider community when any family can join us to enjoy our facilities. For more information, or to book your visit call: 01844 338380. We are open 10:00 am to 3:30 pm, Tuesday to Saturday. In the school holidays we open on Mondays too. We also run evening youth clubs for disabled teenagers and take bookings for birthday parties and disability events. 💚 Parent Support Group – Autism & Restricted Eating

Our next Parent Support Group session is on Friday 27th November at 11am, and we'll be joined by Paul Isaacs from Paul Isaacs Consultancy Ltd.

Paul is an autism advocate, speaker, trainer, consultant and author. He'll be sharing his personal and professional experiences around autism and restricted eating, with time for questions and discussion at the end.

💚 Cost: Free to attend

Children are very welcome! We know it's not always easy to attend a session when you're a parent, so there will be activities nearby, and you're welcome to come and go from the session as needed.

🎭👻 We welcomed Imajica Theatre Presents back to Thomley for some spooky fun this half term. 🎃✨ Some of the feedback was incredible, our visitors love how inclusive they are. 💚

💬 ‘We loved it, the use of signing meant our child could follow along much easier’

💬 ‘I can’t believe how engaged my child was, they normally struggle to stick with an activity for long but because they were allowed to move around as needed they managed the whole session - 45 minutes!’ 🌟👏

💚 We loved creating inclusive opportunities at Thomley and Imajica fit so well with Thomley. 🥰

🦖Florence the Dinosaur 🦕

🏃‍♀️🚴‍♀️ Florence is fundraising for Thomley this month, doing 150km between running and cycling. She visited Thomley to do a couple of laps of the track to add to her distance … as a 10ft dinosaur! 🦖🏅

🕷️🎃 It's nearly time for Trunk or Treat at Thomley!

We've been busy planning a properly spooky evening, with lots of different things to explore, make, play with and eat!

🦇 Bat-themed sensory trays, find the spider and spooky foam
🕸️ Making cloud dough
🎯 Pumpkin toss and ghost knockdown games
🚗 Decorated car trunks to explore, with a best trunk competition
👻 Fancy dress competition
🎨 Halloween face painting
🍕 Pizza and sweet treats
🔥 S'mores around the firepit (weather permitting!)

And because it's Thomley, we've thought about the little things that can make a big difference, too. 💚

Our site is fully enclosed, so you can enjoy the evening without going door to door or navigating busy roads. There's a sensory room if you need a quieter space, and our team has significant experience supporting children and young people with additional needs.

You don't have to join in with everything, wear a costume, decorate your car or follow a particular route around the activities. Watch first, have a go when you're ready, take a break and come back – whatever works for you.

We want families to be able to enjoy Halloween together, in their own way. And there'll be plenty of spooky fun along the way!
