Northumberland Recovery College The Northumberland Recovery College is commissioned by the NHS to run free mental health wellbeing sessions for adults who live and/or work in Northumberland.

We're here so that no-one suffers alone. Northumberland Recovery College is coordinated by Everyturn Mental Health. All of our sessions are free and open to anyone aged 18+ who lives or works in Northumberland. For all enquiries, please email [email protected]. Join this eight week 'Wellness and Recovery Action Plan' course to learn about WRAP and find out how to build your own personal toolkit to keep you well.

This will run on Wednesdays 1pm-3.30pm between 17th June - 5th August at St George's Park. Please be available to attend all sessions to gain the maximum benefit.

Creative wellbeing course which will involve developing vision boards to support mental health, confidence and personal development.

FREE and open to adults living or working in Northumberland, or registered with a Northumbrian GP practice.

Dates/times and venue still to be confirmed, though we are currently looking to run this on a Monday morning, hopefully starting soon.

Come along to our drumming workshops in Pegswood and make some noise! 🪘🔊🤩

Community Drum Circles are informal, friendly get-togethers to make ‘in the moment’ rhythmic music with drums and percussion. Drumming together can help reduce stress and anxiety, boost confidence, aid relaxation and increase wellbeing.

No drumming experience needed. Drums and percussion provided. Each session is unique! This session is free and open to anyone aged 18+ who lives or works in Northumberland.
