Could you help shape CXK’s future?

We’re looking for two new Trustees to join our Board and help us inspire people to thrive.

You don’t need previous trustee experience or a senior job title. Your perspective, life experience and willingness to listen and ask questions could make a real difference.

We’re particularly keen to hear from people with:
• An interest or experience in HR and inclusion, marketing, media, PR or law
• A connection to East Sussex
• Experience of using CXK’s services or similar support

These aren’t essential requirements – we welcome different backgrounds and perspectives.

This is an opportunity to share your skills, learn from others and help guide a charity supporting young people and adults to move forward.
