Living with dementia, or caring for someone with dementia, can sometimes feel like a lonely journey. You donโt have to do it alone.
Our dementia group in Ambleside is a welcoming space for people living with dementia and their carers to connect, socialise, access specialist support and enjoy meaningful activities together.
๐ฟ Specialist dementia support
Our dementia specialist nurses are there to support you at any point in your journey, offering tailored advice, guidance and support based on your individual needs.
๐ถ Two hours of meaningful activity and connection
Our experienced Activity Coordinator Team provides a range of evidence-based dementia therapies and activities designed to promote wellbeing, build connection, support confidence and help maintain skills and independence.
And you donโt have to live in Ambleside to join us!
๐ If you live in Grasmere, Coniston, Hawkshead or the surrounding areas, you are very welcome. We may also be able to help with transport to and from the group.
