Kiitos för allting blandar twangiga gitarrer med pedal steel, körer och texter som växlar mellan träffsäkert tragiska och brutalt roliga.
Efter hyllningar i Sveriges största tidningar, och med debutplattan Östersjöns Hawaii i ryggen, fortsätter Kiitos för allting att ta över landets scener med sin alldeles egen country på svenska, som kallats ”Kjell Höglund-americana”.

Men i sommar är det äntligen dags för Finland! Sångaren Johannes Karlsson och gitarristen William Holm (vars morfar kommer från Hamina) har pratat om detta sedan bandets start 2022. Nu kommer de till Finland i Johannes mini-Peugot med flames, och tyvärr utan de övriga, mycket mer musikaliskt skickliga medlemmarna. Men – förvänta er ett sjuhelvetes hålligång och förhoppningsvis trevligt efterhäng! Dessutom verkar det tillkomma en lös figur på melodica – bara en sån sak!

SAVE JUKE featuring this Friday at ✴️

Ville Verkkapuro is a Jakobstad-raised musician who has been playing with Vesta, Elias Gould, Constables, Black Metal Raccoons and New Ro. In his teenage years he was known as the singer of Bambi Slaughter.

Also known as an award-winning author, Verkkapuro frequents his hometown often, last time performing at After Eight as a part of his debut novel "Pete". The performance will be the first time Verkkapuro performs the songs from his upcoming, country-inspired debut album live.

Rami is a solo project by the Fenno-Swedish singer Rami Klemets. Rami is known for his more powerful vocal style from the metal band .

The solo project blends Bluegrass, Folk, and Country, where the vocals and instruments invite the listener into a mix of vulnerable melodies, storytelling lyrics, nostalgia, and delightful banjo playing.

Rami är ett soloprojekt för den finlandssvenska sångaren Rami Klemets.
Rami är känd för sin kraftigare sångarstil från metalbandet Night After.

For a long time many thought the Finnish country scene was standing on its last legs. Then came 8th Road Home.

Already described as the “Brooks & Dunn of Ostrobothnia” Joel and Jacob balance tight
honky-tonk grooves with tongue in cheek storytelling.

8th Road Home has been a staple at Jukebox recording studio for quite a while - fair to say Juke loves 'em 📻

Explosive rhythms, captivating and magical melodies with the pulse of folk music from northern India and Ostrobothnia, Finland. Musicians Charlotta Kerbs (Finland) and Sanjay Khan (India), alias Dhamal World Collective, combine the music of their own cultures in a fascinating and colorful world. This multicultural show expresses joy, love and light and plays with language and rhythms. Welcome to a unique experience! During the concert we will get acquainted with the Indian instruments tablas, kartan, tanpura and harmonium.

3.7 JUKEFEST –

After 5 years of studio renovations, gigs, events and a lot of good times, we’re staring down a black hole financially. As of this year Juke can no longer sustain itself, and we are facing some difficult decisions, where we might end up selling the Jukebox association house. We are doing one last ditch effort to try to buy the association some time to make things work - or reshape our organization without the house. We want to keep feeding the culture scene in Jeppis, and we are dedicated to music and arts! We need your help to get through this!

Please support our gig campaign at Black Sheep by buying tickets or even donating a bit more than the minimum price. Buy the last of our merch, and the special drink we’re doing at Black Sheep this summer. Book the studio while you can, and tell all your friends! Jukebox also has a bedroom that can be rented during the coming months for traveling bands or such, and we have a meeting room and an art studio for rent temporarily also.

Juke was never just a house. It was an idea, a dream, for the Jeppis music and arts scene to be wide and welcoming. For a community of like-minded people in love with creative efforts of all kinds. This is something that will never die. Please help us figure this out with some sort of dignity.
