The JobBuddies Group Mentorship Programme is looking for unemployed IT professionals with international background.

We work on creating a supportive cohort of peers and mentors to navigate the IT sectors' job market. We provide the mentors, help with job seeking skills and networking, and support your job seeking in many ways.

Priority is given to those integrating in Swedish!

✨ Intresset för att integrera sig på svenska i Finland växer, och Yle uppmärksammade nyligen Luckan Integration och vår teamledare Veronica Hertzberg i en artikel om ämnet.

💬 Veronica Hertzberg lyfter fram vikten av att människor ska ha rätt att välja sin egen integrationsväg och få stöd som passar deras individuella situation och bakgrund.
Artikeln tar också upp både möjligheter och utmaningar med integration på svenska, bland annat vikten av tillgängliga studieplatser, positiva attityder från myndigheter och långsiktigt stöd.

📈 Ett liknande informationstillfälle som Luckan Integration ordnade år 2019 hade 13 deltagare, i år, deltog omkring 150 personer.

På Luckan Integration tycker vi att det är viktigt att alla får tillgång till information och stöd för att kunna göra informerade val kring sin integrationsresa 💛
