MEET THE COACH🏒

U13 LL – Head Coach Graham Cooke

We’re excited to continue our Coach Spotlight series by introducing U13 LL Head Coach Graham Cooke and sharing the approach he’ll bring to the bench this season.

Supporting Our Players
Graham will focus on supporting his players through skill development and accountability. His goal is to help players grow and continue to learn the game, build relationships, and have fun on and off the ice. He will emphasize attitude and effort while building a team-first mentality to improve skills and create an environment of respect for each other and the game, while still enjoying some fun competition. Team building will be a major focus, with respect, hard work, and trust serving as pillars for the team throughout the season.

Team Environment
For Graham, accountability, effort, and attitude will help keep the team focused while building trust as a group. He believes these characteristics will help guide the team environment throughout the year. Team building will remain a major focus, with respect and trust continuing to serve as pillars for the team. Graham wants every player to take something away from each practice and game to continue their development, embrace their love for the game, have fun, and learn something new each time they step on the ice.
