🇨🇦🌺 REMEMBRANCE DAY STORYTIME – LEST WE FORGET! 🌺🇨🇦

📚❤️ Join the Optimist Club of South Windsor for a very special Remembrance Day Storytime as we come together to teach our children the importance of remembering and honouring the brave men and women who served our country.

We are honoured to welcome Brad Krewench from Adopt-A-Vet, who will join us for this meaningful afternoon of remembrance, storytelling, and community spirit.

Every family attending will receive a book and treat bag to take home!

We will also be accepting voluntary monetary donations for Adopt-A-Vet, an organization dedicated to supporting our veterans.

🌺 Why is this Storytime so important?

Remembrance Day is more than wearing a poppy. It's about helping the next generation understand the sacrifices made so we can enjoy the freedoms we have today.

By sharing these stories with our children, we help ensure that the courage, sacrifice, and service of our veterans are never forgotten.

💙💛 Our children are our future, and remembering our past helps shape that future.
