What a joy to spend time with ministry leaders across Western Canada through our Equipped events in Calgary, Edmonton, and Abbotsford.

We are grateful for every pastor, charity leader, board member, staff member, and volunteer who joined us for these days of practical learning, encouragement, and connection. It was a privilege to share tools and conversations designed to help Christian ministries continue growing in health, confidence, and impact.

This role is a chance to use your financial expertise to support charities in real, practical ways. You will walk alongside organizations, help them navigate complex financial and compliance questions, and share guidance that strengthens both their work and the broader program.

We are looking for someone with strong financial insight, experience in charity operations or leadership, and a desire to serve Christ by supporting Christian ministries.
