🥊 Kade is finding his rhythm!

Today, Kade worked with the reflex boxing bag, practising how to time his punches and stay in sync as the bag moved back and forth. He is really getting the hang of it—and looking more confident with every hit! 👊🔥

This kind of boxing activity is a fantastic way to develop hand-eye coordination, focus, reaction time, rhythm, balance, and motor planning—all while getting in a great workout and having fun!
