Glimmer Athletic Club At the Glimmer Athletic Club, we focus on two of the most beautiful sports: Rhythmic Gymnastics (RG) and Aesthetic Group Gymnastics (AGG).

We offer rhythmic gymnastics programs from recreational to competitive levels. Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport that combines elements of ballet, gymnastics and dance with apparatus manipulation. Our dear Tereza competed at European Championships in Varna, Bulgaria 2026!

Not every competition goes according to plan and that’s part of sport. This weekend brought challenges, but it also brought valuable experience and lessons that will help shape the journey ahead.

We are proud of the ( very ) hard work and commitment shown every day in training and on the competition floor.

Carmel, one of Tereza’s coaches and choreographer “ This wasn’t the competition we had hoped for, but challenges are part of athlete’s journey. What matters most is how we respond, how we learn and how we continue moving forward. One competition does not define an athlete. The work continues, the goals remain and we move forward together! “

Congratulations dear girls, coaches, parents for all your hard work! ❤️

The group is training under the direction of coach and other coaches .sweetish_ and routine is choreographed by 💪🏽

Janika about group’s performance “This is a very strong group performing one of the highest apparatus difficulties among their competitors. The routine includes very difficult collaborations and exchanges, which also makes it risky and easier for drops to happen ( that happened at the finals ). Our goal is to introduce high-level work from a young age so athletes gain the experience and confidence needed to become strong future candidates for Team Canada. “ 🥇

What a successful year for our Pre-Novice Group! ❤️ Congratulations Canadian Champions 2026! ❤️🥇

Congratulations our second time Canadian Champions Alexandra and Grace 🥇🥇 Congratulations our first time Canadian Champions Aivi, Annika, H**e, Helena 🥇

The group is mainly trained by and Carmel is also the routine choreographer ❤️

We would also like to congratulate coaches .sweetish_ for your hard work and for giving the girls the base and love for RG from their first steps! ❤️

May 31, Glimmer will hold Tryouts and the group will be going through a slight members change, due to the age difference. Everybody interested can come and check out our tryouts! ❤️
