Canada is facing unprecedented workforce challenges.

At today's inaugural National Workforce Leadership Summit, industry leaders came together to explore practical solutions that strengthen Canada's workforce and economy. Leadership included Magnet Advisory Board member Jean Pierre Giroux (Excellence in Manufacturing Consortium), Rob Henderson (BioTalent Canada), and MNL Show guests Angela Splinter (Trucking HR Canada) and David Colletto (Abacus Data Inc.).

An accessible business makes good economic sense. It can help you attract more customers, enjoy a better brand image, recruit from a larger and more diverse group of job seekers, and retain employees.

This year businesses and non-profits with 20 or more employees must submit an Accessibility Compliance Report by December 31, 2026, to confirm whether your organization has met its accessibility requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005.
