Toronto Lace Group

Toronto Lace Group This is the online page of the Toronto Lace Group. We meet socially to learn, share and discuss all types of handmade lace. Welcome!

In a city as vibrant and multicultural as Toronto, Canada, lace also has a varied presence. Lace is an art, a craft and an intriguing hobby. It's roots can be traced as far as the 14th Century and has something to offer to all: from the simplest craft to subtle, rich and demanding techniques that will keep lace-makers inspired and busy for a long time. Come meet us and see for yourself. Lace can be learned on your own or with the help of a teacher. Our group will guide and encourage you every step of the way!
