CARES is an 8-week, virtual peer-led program, with both morning and evening options! This program aims to help caregivers of children with autism build connections, strengthen coping skills, and support their emotional well-being in a welcoming environment🤲

Through interactive sessions and shared experiences, caregivers can learn practical strategies and connect with others who understand their journey.
