Every corner of the festival is filled with stories—shared over food, expressed through music, celebrated through dance, and strengthened through friendship.

The food is sizzling, the music is playing, the community is gathering, and the energy at Mel Lastman Square is incredible.

This reel is just a glimpse of the smiles, flavours, performances, and connections happening all around us today.

And one of the festival’s most cherished traditions is just around the corner—Ukrainian Hour is about to begin! 🇺🇦💙💛

We’ve reached our final day of Taste of North York, and our entertainment line-up is finishing off with a bang!

The upper level will once again start at 12pm, with local band The Kensingtons kicking off our day, followed by our Filipino hour with spectacular dancing from JDL Performing Arts!

We continue upstairs with a Zumba dance lesson from Mah Dance, free for everyone to participate!

Then, our Brazilian Party kicks off on the Upper Level at 2pm, starting with the beautiful music local artist Manu Fiscina, continuing with the rhythm of traditional Brazilian percussion and movement with Maracatu Mar Aberto, and finally transitioning us downstairs with our first Mainstage act: the dazzling Dance Migration company!

While we party downstairs, the wonderful DJ Allen will keep the vibes going upstairs with his beats, starting at 4pm until the end of the event.

Ukrainian Hour continues our Mainstage afternoon from 5-6pm, featuring traditional Ukrainian dance and music.

Our event ends with our Sunday Serenade from 6:30-8pm, featuring the breathtaking tunes of Lenny Graf and his Platinum Orchestra.

Some moments are too meaningful to fit into a single reel.

Yesterday was filled with music, laughter, dancing, delicious food, new friendships, cultural pride, community connection, and countless acts of kindness. It was a reminder that when people come together, something extraordinary happens.

This recap offers only a glimpse of Day 2 at Taste of North York.

Today, we gather one last time for the final day of the festival.

Join us as we celebrate the cultures, traditions, businesses, artists, volunteers, and neighbours who make our community stronger. Enjoy live performances, family activities, local vendors, and the much-loved Ukrainian Hour, along with many more memorable experiences throughout the day.

Today is our second day of Taste of North York, and with that comes another amazing entertainment line-up!

Starting off with our Upper Stage lineup at 12pm: a wonderful series of local school bands, followed by groovy tunes from local cover band Random Acts and the Passionettes, and a beautiful performance of traditional Indian dance from Rashmi Academy of Performing Arts.

Our Korean Party is next, starting off at 4:15pm with Hanbeat Nanta followed by Solaris taking us to the Mainstage with a Kpop dance and workshop! From 5-10pm on our Yonge St. Stage we'll also have DJ ShyyKimm

For the rest of the evening we start with our Dance Relay from 6-7pm with a selection of local cultural dance performances including Chinese, Persian, Korean, and Indian with Mei Dance Studio, Sara Dance Academy, the Earl Haig Kpop Dance Club and Nritya Kala Mandir.

Then it's Bollywood Hour with Spreaddance!

We close off with our Persian Party with Hoor Dance and a breathtaking music performance from Armin Nostrati.
