Justice for Afghan Women is Being Brutally Denied.
Under Taliban rule, Afghanistan’s courts have become tools of oppression-not justice. Women activists are arbitrarily abducted, tortured, forced into false confessions, and subjected to psychological and sexual violence.
Even basic rights to a fair trial, lawyers, or dignity have been erased.
