Cape Breton Connector Program

Who said employment pitch events can’t be fun?😉
A few nerves, plenty of laughs, and conversations that went beyond the resume!

Hosted by the Cape Breton Connector Program and New Dawn Newcomer Centre, our Employment Pitch event gave recent grads and connectees space to share their stories, get practical feedback, and make one on one connections.

A big thank you to our panelists👏 Megan Hiscock - Verschuren Centre, Robyn Lee Seale - Build Nova Scotia, Nakita Pentecost - Nova Scotia Works - YMCA of Cape Breton and Ocean Phi Long Le - Municipality of the County of Inverness for their time and insights, and to everyone who stepped up to pitch!
