The Cape Breton Connector Program is excited to collaborate with the Multicultural Association of Cape Breton, Sport Nova Scotia, Racket and Paddle Association of Cape Breton, and Bungalow Beans Coffee to bring this to you!

Come connect with the community, explore opportunities around you, stay fit, and make new friends - all skill levels and ages 5+ welcome.

🎾 Attention all newcomers and ethno-community groups from around the world living in Cape Breton Regional Municipality! 🌍👋🎾

We are thrilled to collaborate with Sport Nova Scotia, Cape Breton Connector Program, Racket and Paddle Association of Cape Breton Bungalow Beans Coffee to support diversity in sports, and what better way to do that than with FREE tennis! 🌟

Join us as we welcome you to the courts to connect, learn a new sport, stay fit, and make meaningful friendships within our community. Whether you've played before or have never held a racket, this is for you!

👥 Who: Open to ages 5 and up! Everyone is welcome.
📅 When: Every Saturdays in June
📍 Where: Sydney River Tennis Club (beside Fatima Church)
🎒 Cost: FREE
🎒 Equipment: No racket? No problem! We have a selection of tennis rackets available for you to borrow at the clubhouse.

It was incredible to see the energy in the room as participants confidently shared their stories, showcased their strengths, and received valuable feedback from local employers and professionals.
