Whitney Pier Society for the Arts Home of the annual, weeklong arts festival PierScape.

Whitney Pier Society for the Arts started in 1997 to recognize the many talented artists from Whitney Pier, Nova Scotia and to show the contributions they have made to their community. PierScape was born to highlight local talent and has grown into an annual, weeklong festival celebrating the cultural richness that Cape Breton has to offer through the arts. The driving force behind PierScape continues to be the energy of talent and community pride which grows each year.
