There will be no LDANL tutoring tomorrow, September 30th, in observance of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation (also known as Orange Shirt Day).

We encourage all our followers, learners, service users, and staff members to use tomorrow as a day of education to learn more about residential schools and Indigenous history. There are even events at places like The Rooms in St. John's where you can go to learn more. The further we educate ourselves, the more we can try to make a lasting difference in our communities.

If you have the financial means to do so, consider making a donation to organisations such as the Orange Shirt Society or the Indian Residential School Survivors Society. If you decide to purchase an orange shirt to express support, please try to get it from an Indigenous-owned company.
