Starting a business doesn’t mean you have to have all the answers on day one or a perfect business plan. In fact, the most valuable tool in your toolkit is your ability to adapt and grow. 💡

In the Forbes article, entrepreneur Tony Galati states that adaptability is a daily practice. It means saying “yes” to challenges before you feel “ready,” staying curious, and never assuming you’ve finished learning.

Here at Northstar Startups, we see this mindset in action in every entrepreneur, in every workshop. You might not feel fully ready to launch your social media page, pitch to your first big client, or manage your own bookkeeping. But taking that first step towards that big goal, you are building the resilience it takes to succeed.

Remember: Self-employed is Self-empowered🌟 You don’t need all the answers from the start; you just have to be willing to learn, adapt, and keep moving forward.
