Prizes come in all sizes, and go to all ages!

Congratulations to Lilianna F. for winning the 4th Annual Great Saskatoon Bike Passport Adventure. 😀

One of her passport sticker entries was drawn for the $650 Outtabounds gift card, our biggest single prize to date. It seems fitting that it would go to our youngest recipient ever.

Thanks to everyone who participated in BYXE Week activities, and congratulations to all of the lucky prize pack winners.

SAVE THE DATE: Sunday, June 14, 2026!

We still remember Natasha Fox, and we hope you'll join us as we ride to demand safety for everyone on Saskatoon streets.

Visit rfyl.ca/ to get all the info on the 3rd annual Ride for Your Life rally, including the order form for fresh new t-shirts.

We'll have the Tune-Up Tent on site, along with the Saskatchewan Prevention Institute and their safety materials.

See you there.

BYXE Week 2026 has been a blast! 😀

The photos, Great Bike Passport Adventure cards, and scavenger hunt lists are coming in, and wow, did Saskatonians ever explore their city by bike! Unfazed by rain, snow, and wind, and maybe motivated by some great prizes, people answered the call to visit shops, find landmarks, and document their favourite cycling places.

Remember: Passport Cards and Scavenger Hunt sheets must be returned/submitted by May 20 to qualify for prize entries. (Even if they're not complete; each task/sticker is an entry!)

Thanks to everyone for being a part of the fun! Keep riding, and keep exploring!

🚴 BYXE Week is gearing down, but the pedal-powered fun doesn’t need to stop!

Cycling is great way to explore our city and take you from point A to B – no matter the season!

Whatever mode of transportation you use, remember that everyone deserves to get where they’re going safely: saskatoon.ca/BYXEBreak

It’s cool to be safe! 😎

Some thoughts on this final day of BYXE Week 2026:

- There's still time to collect stickers for your Great Saskatoon Bike Passport Adventure card! Find locations that are open and get those entries!

- You can finish Scavenger Hunt tasks today too! Every one counts as an entry (or more).

- Every selfie is another entry! Use our pinned posts or email your photos to us to get them counted.

- You do not have to fully complete the Passport or Scavenger Hunt for it to count! Partially finished cards are fine!

- When you're done, be sure to email us a photo of your Scavenger Hunt sheet and accompanying selfies, and drop off the Passport cards at one of the four bike shop locations listed.

- If you absolutely cannot get to a bike shop before the May 20th deadline, you can send photos of both sides for counting (you will have to provide the physical card if you're drawn for a prize).

We're sorry the weather has made this a tough year to participate, but we're encouraged by how many of you have still been exploring your city by bike! Finish it up strong!

That's right, Saskatoon. More snow.

We know it was 29 degrees two days ago. We know the wind and rain kept a bunch of you from joining Bike to Work Day. We know this feels like the Year of 39 Winters.

But. We still have to tell you it's BYXE Week, and there's still time for you to collect entries for great prizes. There's still a Scavenger Hunt that is not affected by temperature, and a Passport Adventure with stickers to grab from nice, dry businesses. You can still take fun selfies and post them to earn entries; think of how fun they'll look as you wipe the spring frost from your eyes!

Carpe the remaining diems of this event, cyclists of Saskatoon!

Alert! 🚨 Bike to Work Week error: 2026 Edition!

It seems like every year I manage to miss something important during BYXE Week, and this year's recipient (so far!) is Bruce's Cycle Works, Saskatoon.

In yesterday's "thank you reel", I left out our friends in Sutherland, and of course because they're too nice to say anything, I only stumbled onto my own error now. 😔

This is my official apology! Sorry, Bruce's! Your brilliant staff and service deserves better than this!

Thanks again to everyone for braving the rain, INCLUDING Bruce's! 😬

Thanks to everyone who made this Spring 2026 Bike to Work Day so special.
It took real grit to stick with this plan despite the grim forecast, and we're SO glad you all did!
Many snacks were consumed, much coffee/caffeine absorbed, and scores of memories made!
Pat yourselves on the back, YXE!
