We’ve got a full day of FREE fun for all ages, including:

🏊 A free swim at the pool (with tons of exciting pool activities!)

Introducing LAUNCH!: Funded Support for Local Employers and Youth
Whether you're a local Salmon Arm business looking for your next great hire or a young person ready to step into the workforce, LAUNCH! has your back.
Funded by the Government of Canada, we specialize in making employment seamless, affordable, and successful for our community.

We do this by breaking down the barriers to employment for youth ages 15–30 and giving local businesses the boost they need to grow. Through our program, employers can access incredible wage subsidies to offset the cost of onboarding new staff, while we take care of the essentials.

From covering the costs of critical certifications like Food Safe, First Aid, and other small tickets, to providing the necessary work wear and gear, we ensure new hires show up to their first day ready, confident, and equipped for success.
Let’s build a stronger local workforce together!
