THE FOURTH TRIMESTER
The newborn days can be beautiful, exhausting, overwhelming, and sometimes… all of those things at once.
Our Fourth Trimester group is a warm and supportive space for new parents adjusting to the emotional and mental changes of early parenthood. Through guided conversations and educational activities, we’ll explore:
✨ Self-compassion & personal well-being
✨ Changing relationships & healthy boundaries
✨ Social media & the pressures of new parenthood
✨ The challenges of adjusting to a new identity
✨ Building connection and community with other new parents
Most importantly, it’s a chance to talk openly about the messy, beautiful, exhausting reality of caring for a baby — with others who are in a similar season of life.
📅 Every second Wednesday, September 17 – December 10, 2026
⏰ 1:30–3:30 PM
👩🏫 Facilitated by Brittany Rice (St. Albert Family Resource Centre) and
Hannah Miller (Evolution Psychology) Evolution Psychology
This is an educational and supportive group, not a therapy group.
Come as you are. You don't have to have it all figured out.
