CASGI is hiring an EDUCATION COORDINATOR!
The Education Coordinator plays a vital role in developing and implementing educational programs that enhance learning experiences and outcomes. This position requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple projects, collaborate with various stakeholders, and lead initiatives that align with the organization's educational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, project management abilities, and a passion for education.
DUTIES
- Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs and curricula to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Conduct research to identify best practices in education and incorporate findings into program development.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to recruit participants for educational programs.
- Provide leadership and guidance to educators and volunteers involved in program delivery.
- Write reports, and educational materials that effectively communicate program objectives and outcomes.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance the skills of participants.
- Monitor program effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, making adjustments as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in education, training, or literacy
- 1-2 years of related experience in an adult or youth education setting.
- Demonstrated ability to research and develop curriculum as required by the program and diverse participant needs.
- Demonstrated ability to educate diverse groups through effective communication and teaching strategies.
- Experience in recruiting participants for programs or initiatives is a plus.
- Excellent research skills to support program development and evaluation efforts.
- Leadership experience in guiding teams or projects is highly desirable.
