Dear Members,
On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am very pleased to announce the appointment of 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘅 as the new 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 of the 𝗕𝗖 𝗟𝗼𝗱𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Many of you already know Jamie through his years of dedicated service on the BCLCA Board, where he has consistently demonstrated thoughtful leadership, strong governance capabilities, and a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing our sector. Jamie also brings extensive hands-on experience from across British Columbia’s tourism, lodging, and outdoor-hospitality industries. His operational expertise, strategic perspective, and longstanding industry relationships position him exceptionally well to lead the Association into its next phase of growth, advocacy, and member support.

Jamie will be working closely with outgoing Executive Director 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗻𝘆 throughout the transition period to ensure seamless continuity of key initiatives, member services, and external partnerships. He will officially assume the role on 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟵𝘁𝗵. The Board extends its appreciation to Joss for his dedicated leadership and support during this transition.
