Beautifully captured by .photo at the 103rd PoCo May Days Parade by and

Highlights:

🤩 17 year old .dahiya VC U19 Cricket for led our group and had the littles holding on to her as the beacon that she is!

🤩 and were our main performance at the judges where they curated an original “jugalbandi” of three Indian Classical Art forms - Bharatnatyam, Kathak and Odissi 😍 THIS, I AM TOLD, IS HISTORIC and has never been displayed in a trifecta manner anywhere on the West Coast! So PoCo, you saw it first!

🤩 We approached to be included in our group and they worked tirelessly to showcase a traditional Maharashtrian dance and fitness form called “LEZHIM”

The magical energy of “LEZHIM” coupled with a youth icon from the sporting community - the excitement for the May Days Parade is mounting! 🎶 🤩

While the LEZHIM group has been steadfast at practice to take the parade route by storm; our trailblazing youth icon Vritti Dahiya .dahiya was recently made VICE CAPTAIN of Team Canada Women’s Cricket! 🏏🇨🇦

And our performance for the judges will be an enchanting reveal like no other 😍

Pssttt did you know Vritti is only 17 years old? 👌

Pssstttt did you know back in the day Lezhim was actually considered more a physical drill than a traditional dance?

Are you excited? WE SURE ARE!! Yay May Days! 🌸
