🧠❤️ **Know the signs. Save a life.**

We’re pleased to share valuable stroke awareness resources from one of our partner organizations! Understanding the signs of a stroke and knowing what to do in an emergency can make a life-saving difference.

🚨 **Remember FAST:**
- **F – Face:** Is one side of the face drooping?
- **A – Arms:** Is one arm weak or drifting downward?
- **S – Speech:** Is speech slurred or difficult to understand?
- **T – Time:** Call **9-1-1 immediately** if you notice any of these signs.

📚 Our partner has shared helpful resources to support stroke awareness and education, including an informational sheet that can be printed or shared digitally, as well as a pre-recorded webinar covering stroke symptoms, emergency response, and prevention.
