Epic Ride for Mental Health

The 2025 Epic Ride for Mental Health achieved a resounding success, with over 130 riders who lived the motto, "LET THEIR ENGINES BE THEIR VOICE" to promote mental wellness and dispel the stigma associated with su***de.

We are immensely pleased to announce that, through the combined efforts of our riders, sponsors, and donors, we raised a remarkable $$20,372 for the clients at The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre an achievement that significantly surpassed our fundraising goals.

These funds will be directed to support The Royal's highest priority needs, directly contributing to the advocacy, research, and education that will ultimately benefit the one in four individuals in our community currently struggling with a mental illness or addiction.

A Big Win for Mental Health!

The air was filled with the delicious smell of fries as the FRIES FOR CHARITY team, along with organizers from the EPIC RIDE for MENTAL HEALTH, cooked for the dedicated staff at the Royal Ottawa Hospital. The event was a huge success, and we're proud to announce that 100% of all donations will be given to the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Foundation.

This wouldn't have been possible without our presenting sponsors, W. O. STINSON & SON LTD and POWERSPORTS CANADA. A special thanks also goes out to Al Graham of Fries for Charity and our fantastic volunteers—Mike Pick, Christine and Matt Borax, and Robert, Cassidy, and Addison Armstrong—for their tireless work, from setup to cooking and serving.

Finally, we're so grateful to the Royal Ottawa's event coordinators, particularly Jessica Dube and Hannah Smith, and their entire team. Their support and hard work were essential in making this event a massive success.

Come out and join us at the Royal Ottawa Mental Heath Centre for a mini Show N Shine and have some delicious homemade fries by Fries for Charity.
All proceeds go to The 2025 Epic Motorcycle Ride For Mental Health.
All bikes are welcome to join in.

Riders, supporters, and sponsors of the 4th Annual Epic Ride for Mental Health. We are excited to share that registration is now open!

Mark your calendars – you won’t want to miss this event!

Time: Check-in starts at 8:00am, Kickstands up at 9:30am.
Riders can register for $30.00, and passengers can join them for
an additional $10.00.

Every year, the proceeds from the event go towards supporting the highest priority needs of clients in care at The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Care Centre, as well as advocacy, research, and education initiatives. The Epic Ride plays a crucial role in supporting and advocating for mental health and su***de prevention awareness.

Our goal is to end the stigma around su***de by continuing to
advocate for those in need.
