Coming in July!

This 7-week exercise program will help you regain and maintain your range of motion, build core strength and enhance physical fitness. All routines are designed for those who have had cancer surgery, node dissection, radiation, chemotherapy, or who deal with cancer-related chronic fatigue. Designed and led by a physiotherapist.

Note that an Exercise Consent Form, signed by a doctor or nurse practitioner, must be provided prior to the start of the series for all participants.
