Dress for Success Orillia and Barrie serves all women and non-binary individuals who are actively seeking employment, are employed, or have a job interview or placement/co-op scheduled. Many of our clients come to us from a continually expanding and diverse group of non-profit and government agencies including homeless shelters, immigration services, job training programs, educational institutions
and domestic violence shelters, among many other organizations. On their initial visit a client receives clothing and accessories appropriate for the industry in which they are interviewing. After a client finds a job they return to Dress for Success Orillia and Barrie for additional clothing that can be mixed and matched to make several outfits, providing them with the foundation for a work wardrobe. Finding work is only one step in a client's journey towards economic independence; remaining employed and building a rewarding career are essential. While we may be best known for our Professional Clothing Assistance Program, it is our Breakfast Club and Professional Women's Group programs that are the cornerstone of Dress for Success Orillia and Barrie.
