Let me be the firsr to tell you that is not how it works. If you want Mars terraforming now, humans cannot be there, you need to take Deimos and Phobos as well and smash those onto Mars surface, maybe even half a dozen ice asteroids, Haley's comet would do but no way your getting that to slow down.
Even then, do you understand how long it would take for the planet to undergo natural process? It's not a video you can fast forward the way you think. And like chemistry, there is little room for error, one wrong move and it becomes something different then we expected or we ruin it.
Sending garbage to burn there could also be an awesome idea if we could figure a cost effective way to get it there. You'd say "whoa Josh, garbage? Littering on Mars?" Yes that's exactly what I'd like to do to help create microbial life in this process as well as gasses and materials that are not present.
Even with all this there is no guarantee, I'd say we should focus on getting Zero-G manufacturing on the Moon and nuclear power there, then focusing on harnessing the asteroids in our system, haul them back to the moon and process them. That's the future if we make it there. Resources have always been our constraints right? Macro or micro on a personal level..capitalize on it.
The science isn't sciencing.
Don't buy this scifi BS.
Be practical and real.
