This past Saturday, I was honoured and privileged to be part of another beautifully soulful Retreat, She Rests Here. And what an incredible experience yet again.

There is something very special when a group of amazing women gather together where everyone is permitted to "just be". Come as you are - and we will meet you there 💗💓💗 To forget your worries, to take deep breaths, to focus on YOU. To tune into the Longing of the Soul.

And the animals all chose to participate throughout the day 🥰

Thankful. Grateful. Blessed 🙏🙏🙏

Welcome Gita to She Rests Here 🩷🥁

There is something about the sound of a drum that you don’t just hear… you feel.

We are so excited to welcome Gita from Infinity Rhythms to She Rests Here, where she will guide us through a beautiful one-hour drumming experience.

Gita brings such a warm, grounded energy to her work. Her drumming creates an invitation to get out of our heads, into our bodies, and simply be present with the rhythm.

Drumming has been used for generations as a way to gather, connect and create a shared rhythm. There is something incredibly powerful about sitting in a circle together, feeling the beat.

And that’s exactly what this day is about.

Less thinking.
More feeling.
More connection.
More grounding

Gita will be joining us around the fire for an hour of rhythm, connection and whatever else might unfold. 🩷

Welcome to She Rests Here, Gita. We are so grateful you’ll be sharing this part of the day with us. 🥁✨
