Our Club recently welcomed a visit from Rotary District 5360 District Governor Darcy Mykytyshyn who challenged us to ask ourselves what could be better in Okotoks because of our Rotary Club's efforts. 🤔
We'd love to hear from community members on this one too. Are there any projects or initiatives in Okotoks that could benefit from Rotary involvement? Please let us know in the comments.

🌙💙 Rotary doesn’t stop when the sun goes down!

Last night, our amazing Rotary volunteers took on the night shift at the casino, giving their time and energy to help raise funds for local projects in our community. 🎰🙌

It may be a long night, but it’s always worth it when we know the money raised will go back into supporting our community and making a difference where it matters. ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who showed up, stayed late, worked hard, and represented Rotary with such great spirit! 🍀👏

Service above self — day or night! 💙💛

Our Rotary team was happy to be part of the Suntree Music Festival.
During the festival, we sold food and drinks in the park while helping raise funds for local Rotary projects that support our community. ❤️ and enjoying great music, connecting with our community, and having lots of fun! 🎵🍔🥤
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, supported Rotary, and helped make this event a success!
Service Above Self. 🤝💙

Make a Big Difference in Just One Shift! 🎲✨

The Rotary Club of Okotoks is gearing up for its biggest fundraiser of the year and we need help to make it a winning success!

We are looking for volunteers to join us for our upcoming casino fundraisers on September 14 & 15. The funds raised during this two-day event will fund our local community projects for the next three years!

Volunteering is easy, fun, and no experience is required! There are free meals during your shift, training is provided on-site, and you'll get the great feeling of giving back to our local community!

What a beautiful night for a harvest! 🥕🥕🥕
This team of Rotarians spent this evening in the Okotoks Food Bank Association's community garden helping out. The result wasn't just 229 lbs of carrots and garlic for the Food Bank, but an evening of fun and friendship...followed by ice cream. 🍦

It was the first weekend spent in Canada for this year's Inbound Rotary Youth Exchange students and they truly got the Alberta experience.

The students, who represent France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Japan, Brazil, Chile, and the Netherlands camped just outside High River, visited Bar U Ranch, went kayaking and horseback riding, and attended their first-ever drive-in movie.

Despite knowing different languages and coming from very different parts of the world, they became fast friends who will meet several more times during their year living and going to school in Canada. But until then, each of the kids has now returned to their Alberta communities where their local Rotary Club is supporting them as they live and attend school in Alberta for this year.

Watch as The Rolling Barrage makes it's way into Okotoks, Alberta on August 19, 2026.
The riders travelled down Veterans's Way flanked by 200 Canadian flags installed by the Rotary Club of Okotoks as a tribute to the veterans and first responders who are riding across Canada to raise awareness for PTSD.
