It takes hours for our Rotary and Okotoks Scouts volunteers to set up and take down the 200 Canadian flags that line Veteran's Way to welcome The Rolling Barrage into Okotoks.
We wait patiently and then it's over in minutes. 🏍🇨🇦
Is it worth it? Absolutely.

Thank you to all who came out to support the veterans and first responders in their ride to bring awareness to PTSD. To the riders, we wish you continued safe travels. See you next year!

Why I Became a Rotary Member
I was new to Okotoks and wanted to get involved in the community in a meaningful way. Rotary became that welcoming place for me—a community of friendly, genuine people who truly care and are working together to make a difference.

Our Club’s outbound exchange student, Avery Penner, presented to our Club at last week’s meeting, just days before departing on her adventure to Brazil. Raised among Canada’s beautiful lakes, mountains and the great outdoors, Avery’s now ready to embrace a year immersed in Brazil’s warm climate, vibrant culture, and is already learning Portuguese! Boa viagem, Avery! We can't wait to hear about your amazing experiences.
