I’d sit down, open my laptop… and somehow 30 minutes would disappear.

Adjust the chair.
Reply to one message.
Get coffee.
Scroll a bit.
Reset.

“Alright… now we start.”

Except… I never really did.

For a while, I thought it was a discipline problem.

Then I tried working out of a coworking space.

Same laptop. Same tasks.
But this time — no setup, no distractions, no “getting ready.”

I just… started.

That’s when it clicked.

It wasn’t about discipline.
It wasn’t about motivation.
