This weekend, participating A&W Canada locations in BC are celebrating Father's Day with the Canadian Men's Health Foundation by donating proceeds from every Papa Burger sold.

We'd like to thank their team for their generosity and for their support of men's health.

Men’s health is an everyone problem. It’s also in all of us to help.

On today’s special episode of Don’t Change Much, the Honourable Marjorie Michel, Canada’s Minister of Health, joins us to break down the Men and Boys’ Health Strategy so far, from her inspiration behind launching the first national initiative of its kind to the importance of partnerships with groups like CMHF and why improving men’s health has a positive impact on all of us.

On this week’s Don’t Change Much podcast, John Armstrong and Graham Love of Armstrong Strategies, along with Andrew Jackson of Jackson Events, join Trevor and Mike for a deep dive on our campaign.

Designed to inspire men during Men’s Health Month, they share the creativity and heart behind the campaign, who they’re putting their suspenders on for, and more.

Zack Heil is 19. He started Call Your Bros after buying a sandwich for a stranger at a Hamilton Subway at 1am.

Trevor McLaughlin is on the other side of it; in 2022 he was put on a 14-month therapy waitlist and applied for MAID instead. Trevor’s still here, and in June 2027 he’s biking 8,200 kilometres across Canada.

Two guys, twelve years apart, on what nearly didn’t happen.

Mental Health Research Canada and GreenShield have released a new report, highlighting not only the struggles of young men in Canada but the need for improved mental health support that keeps them engaged.

The data shows the need for updated support capabilities and clarifies where young men seek support and how to reach them more effectively. Our teams agree: we need to meet young men where they are and provide the right support.

At CMHF, we’re building programs grounded in exactly what this research points to: peer-led, activity-based, and designed with young men rather than for them.

When you're lost and unable to get out of it, we often overlook that what we think is getting better is actually perfection.

By learning that the first step forward isn't as far out of reach as flawless, we can really make strides.
