Strategies: Advancing world-wide communication between scientific, technological, and social disciplines relevant to human aging in a sustainable society, through a variety of means including international and regional conferences, an international peer-reviewed journal, and an Internet forum. Establishing and improving university and professional education in gerontechnology by textbook and Internet-based educational material, curricula, courses, and master classes. Supporting the introduction of gerontechnology into a wide range of disciplines and professions that impact on the well-being and quality of life of ageing people. Advancing learning opportunities for ageing people to use new technology. Applying insights from ageing processes to technological innovations. Encouraging technological innovations that meet ambitions and needs of ageing people

The countdown to the 15th World Conference of the International Call for Abstracts for ISG2026: Early submission is encouraged!

The countdown for the International Society for Gerontechnology 15th World Conference has begun! From March 26-29, 2026 globally recognized experts in gerontechology will gather in Vancouver, Canada and you could share the spotlight with them. Our abstract submission system is open – why wait? This is your opportunity to showcase your research findings, spark new ideas, and connect with invited speakers and fellow gerontechnologists from around the world. Whether you are planning on a free paper or a poster or submitting an abstract for a symposium, the platform is ready. The submission deadline is December 1, 2025 but early submissions help us plan a more dynamic program and give you and your research visibility sooner.
