NDSC is gearing up for an exciting 2027 season, and WE NEED COACHES! Help us build strong teams, develop athletes, and grow the game we love. 💪

📣 HERE’S THE PLAN FOR 2027:

💥 SELECT SOFTBALL — JR. LAKERS
We anticipate forming Junior and Senior teams at each of the following age levels:
🥎 U9 | U11 | U13 | U15

📅 APPLICATION DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 15, 2026

💚 HOUSE LEAGUE
We anticipate forming 16–20 house league teams for the 2027 season!

📅 APPLICATION DEADLINE: JANUARY 15, 2027

📌 A FEW IMPORTANT NOTES:
• Final team formation will depend on coach and player interest.
• A current, valid VSC (Vulnerable Sector Check) and your NCCP number are required as soon as possible.

⏰ All sessions run from 3–4 PM.

🥎 Fall Ball families: please bring a food bank donation this weekend!

During Fall Ball on September 25 and 26, NDSC is collecting donations for the Nipissing University Student Union (NUSU) Student Emergency Food Bank. If you’re coming to the field, please consider bringing an item to help support students in our community.

The food bank especially needs:

• Rice (basmati is especially popular)
• Cooking oil
• Peanut butter and jam
• Dish soap
• Personal hygiene items

Other donations are welcome too, as long as they haven’t expired. Thank you for helping our softball community give back! 💚
