A new journey begins.

Our Early Childhood Education Assistant Program participants recently came together for their orientation as they begin their training journey toward new skills, new opportunities, and meaningful careers in early childhood education.

In partnership with Sprott Shaw College, , this program helps create pathways for participants to build their knowledge, confidence, and skills while preparing for opportunities in the early learning sector.

We’re excited to support our participants every step of the way and look forward to seeing where this journey takes them.

This is part of our Community-Based Employment services, and this is funded by the Province of British Columbia and the Government of Canada.

A meaningful investment in education and opportunity.

We are pleased to mark the official signing of the Whiz Accounting Education Fund, generously established by Whiz Accounting, with the Elizabeth Fry Society of Greater Vancouver (EFry) as its beneficiary.

Whiz Accounting, through its Founder and CEO, Naureen Ali is a valued member of EFry’s Rising Together Giving Circle, committed to creating meaningful opportunities for the women and individuals we support.

This fund will help create access to education and learning opportunities for women and individuals we support, helping remove barriers and open pathways toward greater stability, independence, and new possibilities.

EFry is pleased to announce a fully funded Health Care Assistant training opportunity, made possible through funding from the Province of British Columbia and the Government of Canada.

15 paid training seats are available for a limited time, offering an opportunity to build skills, gain hands-on experience, and take meaningful steps toward a career as a Health Care Assistant.

With training, work experience, job search support, living supports, and more, you’ll have support along the way.
