New Westminster Photography Club We serve to foster the art form and appreciation of photography. Open to all interested people, regardless of photographic skill level.

Visitors are always welcome. We provide educational programs, constructive feedback, outings, competitions and much more. Check our website for current programs and outings. You don't have to live in New Westminster. We have members from all over the lower mainland (and one out of town). Come to a meeting and check us out!

Our upcoming photo outing will be on Jun 6th, going to Cloverdale Fairground, capturing the fun and exciting moments of the 5K Foamfest event.

This event features a 25+ obstacle course covered in foam, mud and water, for the participants to have fun, go crazy and compete with one another. There will be lots of action, filled with emotion and pride; great opportunity for sports, people, ICM and motion blur type of shots. It is expected to be very busy with many participants for this 5K Foamfest event, therefore, we WILL NOT meet up at the start time 10 am.

You are invited to join New Westminster Photography Club on May 19th 7:00pm PST for an inside look at how Ethan Zargo defines fine art photography—brought to life through a curated selection of his favorite images. He’ll break down what draws him to a composition, how he approaches capturing the shot, and what the camera can (and can’t) do for you.
In the second half, Ethan takes a straight-out-of-camera image and walks through his full workflow, transforming it step by step into a finished fine art piece.
