We had a blast hosting the Halloween party Friday night at the Wood Islands Lighthouse! Thank you to our staff and volunteers who came out dressed up in great costumes and helped hand out candy and c***r. We even saw the burning ship on our live camera at the top of the light tower! ;) Congratulations to Ava who came closest to guessing the number of Jelly Beans in the jar. There were 631 and her guess was 600.
Thank you for a great 2026 season. See you in 2027!

Join us tonight from 4pm - 8pm as we celebrate both Halloween and our last day open for the season! We'll have treats for the kids, prizes, and warm apple c***r! This is the ideal time of year to spot the Phantom ship and the top of our lighthouse is the best vantage point! Wear a costume and admission to the museum and top of the lighthouse is free!

We had the privilege of witnessing a Coast Guard helicopter landing at the park next to our lighthouse today. Our employee and gifted photographer Xander took these great photos.

We were so honored to host the Adventures by Disney tour bus at the Wood Islands Lighthouse this past Friday! 🏰✨

Our young-at-heart guests didn't just tour the historic tower—they also built their own kites, and Mother Nature delivered the perfect breeze for them to test out their creations right on the grounds. 🪁💨
