Unfortunately, due to the inclement weather, we have made the decision with the City of Moncton to cancel the Pops NB Acoustica concert this evening (Tuesday) with East Coast Brass.

See you tomorrow at 7pm at Resurgo Place, Moncton for a Recital featuring musicians from the New Brunswick Youth Orchestra and special guests from the University of Southern Mississippi and Friday at the Mainstage Concert at Victoria Park.

We are excited to welcome back Dr. Borislava Iltcheva from the University of Southern Mississippi. An acclaimed violinist, educator, and chamber musician, Dr. Iltcheva serves as concertmaster of the Baton Rouge Symphony Orchestra and is a sought-after clinician and masterclass instructor around the world.

Join us for a free evening of chamber music featuring musicians from the New Brunswick Youth Orchestra and special guest, Dr. Borislava Iltcheva from the University of Southern Mississippi!

This special Pops NB concert will showcase small ensembles performing beloved classical works, including music such as Mozart’s Eine kleine Nachtmusik.

To wrap up our season, the Elm City String Quartet loves to invite a special guest to share the stage!

All ticket holders have been contacted via email and will receive a full refund.

Pops NB is back!

We are excited to announce Pops NB 2026, the music festival celebrating the young musicians of Sistema NB and the music of the orchestra.

From June 22–26, 2026, Pops NB will bring free and accessible concerts to the Greater Moncton Area, filling the city with music, youth, community, and New Brunswick pride.

The week will feature performances by Sistema NB Orchestras, Tutta Musica Orchestra, East Coast Brass, guest musicians from the University of Southern Mississippi leading up to our Pops NB Mainstage Finale at Victoria Park on Friday, June 26.

The finale will begin with a community BBQ provided by Mosaïq at 4:30pm PM, followed by a concert at 6:00 PM featuring the Sistema NB Children’s Orchestra and Sistema NB Youth Orchestra. This outdoor orchestral celebration will bring together young musicians from across the province for a one-of-a-kind performance in the heart of Moncton.

Nous sommes ravis d’annoncer Pops NB 2026, le festival de musique qui met à l’honneur les jeunes musiciens de Sistema NB et la musique de l’orchestre.

Du 22 au 26 juin 2026, Pops NB proposera des concerts gratuits et accessibles dans la région métropolitaine de Moncton, remplissant la ville de musique, de jeunesse, d’esprit communautaire et de fierté néo-brunswickoise.

Au programme de cette semaine : des concerts des orchestres de Sistema NB, de l’orchestre Tutta Musica, d’East Coast Brass et de musiciens invités de l’Université du Mississippi du Sud, qui mèneront à la grande finale de Pops NB sur la scène principale du parc Victoria, le vendredi 26 juin.

La finale débutera par un barbecue communautaire offert par Mosaïq à 16 h 30, suivi d’un concert à 18 h mettant en vedette l’Orchestre des enfants de Sistema NB et l’Orchestre des jeunes de Sistema NB. Cette célébration orchestrale en plein air réunira de jeunes musiciens de toute la province pour un spectacle unique en son genre au cœur de Moncton.
