2️⃣ Snack smart – fresh fruit, yogurt, and frozen treats help keep fluids up.
3️⃣ Keep it shady – close curtains, use fans, and rest in cooler spaces.
4️⃣ Cool your skin – try a damp cloth on your neck, wrists, or ankles.
5️⃣ Check in – call or visit friends and neighbours to make sure they’re comfortable.
