More at Home Society

More at Home Society Linktr.ee/moreathome Our aim is to empower seniors to stay in the comfort and security of their own homes and communities as they navigate their aging journey.

We help low- and moderate-income seniors in BC stay in their homes with financial support and caregiver choice, so they can age with dignity and stay connected to their community. At More at Home, we envision a future where every senior has the financial resources to access home care services, allowing them to age in place with dignity, independence, and choice. More at Home is committed to provid

ing financial assistance that enables low-moderate-income seniors to live independently and safely at home. Through our tailored financial support, we help seniors access the home care services they need to maintain a high quality of life, ensuring they can age in place with confidence.

🎉 SAVE THE DATE! 🎉

Country for a Cause returns on October 24, 2026!

After last year’s incredible success, we’re bringing back Rooster’s Reboot by popular demand. The event sold out in just TWO WEEKS, and we can’t wait to do it all again!

Get ready for an unforgettable evening filled with great food, entertainment, auctions, dancing, community spirit, and plenty of fun, all while making a meaningful difference in the lives of local seniors.

Every ticket sold helps More at Home Society provide critical support to seniors who are caught in the “grey area”, they worked hard and prepared their whole lives and now find there are no services for them and fee services are out of reach. Together, we’re helping seniors remain safely at home, reducing pressure on hospitals, supporting family caregivers, and preventing unnecessary moves into institutions.

🎟 Tickets go on sale in August. Mark your calendars now because they won’t last long, and be sure to follow us on socials or our newsletter!

🤝 Sponsorship Opportunities Available
We’re currently seeking event sponsors who want to make a lasting impact while gaining valuable community exposure and a tax receipt!

🎁 We’re also looking for:
• Live Auction Items
• Silent Auction Items
• Prize Donations
• In-Kind Sponsors

Interested in sponsoring or donating an auction item?
📧 Reach out today to request our sponsorship package.

Together, we can create an incredible night while helping seniors age with dignity, choice, and independence.

Caregivers are the backbone of our families and communities.

From spouses to adult children caring for aging parents, the responsibility can be overwhelming. Caregivers need more than recognition. They need real, practical support.

If you’re a caregiver feeling exhausted, irritable, or emotionally drained, you might be experiencing burnout. You deserve care too. You can’t pour from an empty cup. Take breaks, ask for help, connect with caregiver support and respite services.
