Salvatore makes the n*e*w*s!
Facebook is petty and ridiculous about hard hitting community theatre "n e w s", so I can't share the article directly...
But here is a link...you just need to copy the next 2 lines, but paste them into your browser as one link without the return, if you would like to read the full article...or google the Maple Ridge-Pitt Meadows news.
Again, so proud of you Sal! 😘

Last night, The Cleo Awards held their third annual awards gala, celebrating community theatre. Emerald Pig was fortunate to receive five nominations this year, which is a huge honour.
We are so proud to congratulate Salvatore Moustakas, whose nomination turned into a win last night. Congratulations Sal, for your “Oh, Hello There” award, a.k.a. Outstanding New Actor. You brought such life and energy to the role of Tucker Dell, and to the production of Five Alarm, and I could not be happier that you received it. 💚💚💚
Congratulations again to our other nominees Dave Tanchak and Trent Glukler, and the productions of Five Alarm and Too Many Cooks! And to all of the other fine nominees and winners from all the other clubs in the Cleos.
Last, but certainly not least, sincere thanks to the Cleo board for all their hard work putting this event together, and spending their time seeing all of our shows all year long.
We look forward to next year!

We had such a lovely time at the tea party yesterday! Thank you so much to all who came to attend, we greatly appreciate it. These fundraisers are an integral part of our survival, and we love you for being there.
And thank you to everyone who donated a prize for the silent auction, everyone who came to help out with set up and cleanup and serving. You know who you are. Nothing would happen without your dedication and loyalty to your club. It is the do-ers who make the world go round, and we are very lucky to have you in OUR world. 💚
See you next year! 🍄☕️🫖🐷

Today is the day! All the little fairy pigs are busy scurrying about, putting the finishing touches on our Teacups and Toadstools tea party, happening today at 12:30 PM at St. John the Divine Church in Maple Ridge.
There’s still time to join us and we have a handful of seats left so, if you feel like stopping by and just paying at the door, please feel welcome to do so. Bring a little spending cash for our silent auction and 50-50 draw. And bring your appetite and your love of tea. We can’t wait to see you!
