A century of wonder, a lifetime of giving nature a voice.
Back in 2014, when Planta! received the Whitney Award, Sir David Attenborough himself narrated our story. Hearing him speak about our work was—and still is—one of the greatest honors we’ve ever known. His words gave wings to our mission and reminded us why we do what we do: to protect the plants that sustain all life.
Sir David, your curiosity has shaped a global movement. Your gentle, unwavering voice has inspired generations to look closer, care deeper, and act bolder. You’ve taught us that conservation isn’t a choice—it’s a responsibility rooted in love for this planet.
Today, on your 100th birthday, we celebrate not just the legend, but the seed you planted in millions of hearts—including ours at Planta! 🌱
Watch the video to hear Sir David’s voice lifting up our project over a decade ago. It meant the world to us then; it means even more now.
Thank you for being our compass. Happy 100th, Sir David. 💚
