London Against Abortion

London Against Abortion We educate Londoners about the humanity of pre-born children and the injustice of abortion. Join us in our mission to make abortion unthinkable in our city.

We are London Against Abortion, a Canadian human rights group based in London, ON. We seek to educate our community about abortion by showing visual evidence of what abortion does to pre-born children and by entering into conversation with the people of London about pre-born human rights.

Children are the most important work. Protecting and nurturing their precious lives is an investment in our future, in our world, and in our own happiness and meaning. ❤️ Many children are aborted in part because they hinder career advancement or because they will be a financial burden. May we all fight for a world where every woman and child is supported and cared for, valued and loved.

One has human rights and a team working to save his/her life because they are wanted by their mother and has been allowed to be born alive. The other had none because he/she was still behind the skin of their mother and unwanted by that mother when he/she was killed. What sadness for the helpless ones of our nation that they have less rights than a turtle egg!

One of these babies was given the best medical care possible and one of these babies was killed by a medical professional. 💔 Let's END this injustice - every human being should get human rights equally.

“Adoption is hope in the middle of uncertainty…” What a sweet and beautiful quote.

A conversation we had with Haley led to this heartfelt message she shared with us.

Adoption is hope in the middle of uncertainty… it’s believing that something good can still grow, even in the hardest moments.

Adoption doesn’t erase the hard parts. It doesn’t pretend there wasn’t loss. But it brings purpose into it. It says that even here - especially here - something meaningful, safe, and full of love can still be built.

Pro-life states saw drop in maternal mortality, new study finds:

“When trends were held constant, states with strong pro-life laws on average actually experienced slightly faster declines in maternal mortality than states with permissive abortion policies.” Conversely, a 2025 study revealed that nearly 11 percent of women who took the abortion pill experienced complications.

You would be surprised at how many biology classes come and go with little to no explanation of this! Most high school students have no idea of the humanity of the unborn. Somehow, the idea that an unborn baby is just a “clump of cells” is stubborn, though terribly outdated.

Are unborn babies parasites? 🦠

Does a fetus become a human being worthy of care because she/he is wanted by the parents, or because she/he is a human being worthy of care?

From a volunteer: “I talked with Reiko today, who said that abortion was bad, but was needed in hard situations, like if a woman had been sexually assaulted. I agreed with him that SA is a horrific crime and trauma. I then asked him to imagine a situation where a woman who'd been assaulted and became pregnant decided to carry to term, for whatever reason–maybe because she had a really good support system. But then, a year after giving birth, she was really struggling, because every time she looked at her 1-year-old son, she was reminded of the attack. I asked him, "Would it be okay for that woman– or anyone –to kill the one year old boy because he's a reminder of the attack?" "No," he said, "instead we should do other things, like help her find counselling." I then asked him, "So if it's not OK to kill the 1 year old boy because he was conceived through assault, why would it be OK to kill the _same baby before birth_ for the same reason?"

We talked about how the child in the womb is also a human deserving human rights, and I described a 1st trimester surgical abortion to him. He told me he agreed that it was also a human life before birth deserving of protection, and we should be offering women resources and support to help them care for their babies. I asked him at the end, "Thinking about abortion in light of human rights, do you still think there's any situation where it's okay?" "The end line [to draw] is that it's a human life," he replied, and agreed abortion was never OK.”
