We hosted our Volunteer Appreciation Lunch today for those who have given of themselves throughout this past year. We are so grateful for all of the wonderful people in Lethbridge, Fort Macleod and southwestern Alberta who join us in our mission of giving hope today. We can confidently say we would not be able to do anything with our volunteers — THANK YOU!

We have some bittersweet news to share. We (Lieutenants Julia and Zach Marshall) have been appointed to the Faith and Hope Corps in Marystown, Newfoundland.

Our three years in Lethbridge have been such a blessing. While we are excited for this new adventure, we are saddened to say goodbye to such a beautiful church family. We go knowing the Lord has sent us with His blessing!

We’re also thrilled to announce that Major Danette and Captain Darren Woods (and their children) will be joining you from Cambridge, Ontario, as your new Corps Officers and Community Ministries Officers. We know you’ll give them the warmest welcome!

We are holding you all in prayer during this transition. God is faithful! 🙏

We are gathering for worship tomorrow morning (Friday, April 3) at 10:30am under the theme of “Come and See the Cross.” As we gathering on one of the holiest days of the Christian calendar, let us worship the Christ who chose the cross.

This Easter, we are extending a warm invitation to you and your family to join us at The Salvation Army Community Church of Lethbridge for a powerful season of reflection, community, and celebration.

Our theme this year is "Come and See," and we’ve prepared a special mini-sermon series and a variety of activities for all ages to experience the Easter story together.

Join us for three pivotal messages as we walk through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus:

Palm Sunday: "Come and See the King"

9:00 AM – Pancake Breakfast: Start the morning with a delicious breakfast! Admission is by donation, with all proceeds supporting our Partners in Mission Self-Denial Campaign.

10:30 AM – Palm Sunday Worship

Monday – Thursday | March 30 – April 2

9:00 AM – 3:00 PM – Prayer Stations: Our coffeehouse will feature interactive prayer stations designed to help you reflect and draw closer to the Easter story at your own pace.

Good Friday | April 3

10:30 AM – Good Friday Worship: A solemn service of remembrance.

11:30 AM – Food & Fellowship: Join us immediately following the service for a time of community and shared snacks.

Easter Sunday | April 5

10:30 AM – Easter Sunday Worship: A joyful celebration of the Resurrection!

11:30 AM – Kids’ Easter Egg Hunt: After the service, the little ones are invited to join the hunt! 🐣
