'Find Your Path: Temporary Foreign Worker Information Day' is a first-of-its-kind gathering in Lethbridge, designed to connect temporary foreign workers and refugee claimants with the information, resources, and support they need to succeed in Alberta. Today the LFS team was honoured to receive two educational presentations, from Apooyak'ii / Dr. Tiffany Hind Bull‑Prete, and Elder Calvin Williams, about Niitsitapi culture and history, in recognition of National Indigenous Peoples Day on Sunday. We are thankful for the thoughtful conversations and to Dr. Hind Bull-Prete and Elder Calvin for receiving our questions and curiosity.
