Since this time the Kodiaks have won ACAC medals in 4 of the next 6 seasons including trips to the final in 3 of the next 5 seasons. Along with this was the team’s first trip to nationals in Fredericton where finished 4th in the country.

The Lethbridge Chamber of Commerce is proud to recognize Paige as both our Past Chair of the Board and a 2026 Top 40 Under 40 honouree.

Please join us in celebrating Paige's accomplishments and leadership as we share her story.

Paige Sarrasin is a dynamic operational leader dedicated to driving regional tourism and building environments where people can thrive. As the Chief Operating Officer of Charmed Playhouses and Charmed Resorts, she translates visionary, whimsical concepts into operational reality, scaling two unique storybook resorts that bring imaginative experiences to life.

Her business philosophy is rooted in her childhood, where she learned the value of craft and creation on job sites with her father who owned a business designing and building custom homes, and she learned the importance of adding love and whimsy to everything she touches from her mother.

This foundation drives Paige to pull up a chair for her team, empowering them to grow both professionally and personally. She takes immense pride in her work, finding great reward in sharing the magic of Charmed’s luxury playhouses and resorts with families and visitors.

Paige’s approach to leadership is shaped by her tenacity and love for the mountains. Balancing the demands of executive leadership and raising two daughters has taught her the value of presence and perspective. Whether running on the trails or volunteering at races, the mountain landscape serves as her sanctuary and thinking space. She approaches complex operational and development projects with this same grounding, reminding herself that big goals are achieved by focusing on getting one percent better every day.

Beyond the workplace, Paige is a passionate advocate for Alberta’s economic and cultural vitality. She serves on the board of the South Canadian Rockies Tourism Association and is a former Chair of the Lethbridge Chamber of Commerce. Dedicated to lifting up the next generation of leaders, she champions the region's potential as a premier experiential destination.
